The conference was brilliant. I felt seen and heard, and found myself nodding along to many of the speakers' comments throughout the day. The energy in the room was positive, friendly and cultivated an inclusive environment.

All of the sessions were great. Breathwork session was immediately impactful as I was carrying a little stress with me. I also liked the panel discussions as they gave more of a chance to hear from "actual people" as it were. The message to lean into who you are really struck a chord with me.
