It has been a very rewarding experience to have engaged Abounding Solutions coaching service. How will we work together?

We work together for 6 months on a one to one basis. Coaching sessions take place via video conferencing or at your office if you are London based. At the start of us working together we agree what your coaching objectives are and what your measure of success will be.

Each session will facilitate you moving towards achieving your objectives. You will have a mid-point review to measure progress, and an end of coaching evaluation.    

Zara was Head of Systems Development and had reached an inflection point in her career when she came for coaching. We worked on her identifying what was next for her, addressed imposter syndrome and a lack of confidence, raising her visibility and profile, developing her network and networking skills, public speaking, and presentation skills. After reviewing her LinkedIn profile, she updated it, and started to utilise the platform. Having coached her through different stages of interview, she secured a Chief Operating Officer role.

How much does it cost?

Coaching is an investment in yourself and the cost for this is between £3600 – £4200. If funding coaching yourself, there is the option for monthly instalments.
