Many women work hard to get to where they are in their career but are unable to enjoy it as much as they could because they feel like a fake and suffer from what is known as Imposter Syndrome. They feel like they don't deserve the success that they've achieved or that the reason they've got to where they have is not because they are good enough but because of some mistake.

 

This not only causes them to be anxious, it puts a lot of pressure on them, is stressful and chips away at their self-belief. And it is not just women who experience it, men experience it too.

 

With a reported 70% of people experiencing imposter syndrome at some time or another, that's a lot of people going around feeling like frauds, feeling anxious and feeling stressed.
